Founder & CEO
A seasoned strategist with deep expertise in policy and political engagement, policy advocacy, and public affairs. Growing up in Tiger’s Bay, Belfast, she developed a firsthand understanding of the social and political dynamics that shape Northern Ireland. Her career has been driven by a commitment to amplifying voices that are often overlooked, ensuring organisations – particularly charities and social enterprises – can navigate the complex political landscape and connect effectively with decision-makers.
With extensive experience in governance and advocacy, Ellen sits on the Belfast Trust Board, is an Equality Commissioner, and serves on the board of USEL.
